The following policies and procedures are Standard Return Policy that will apply to all Inkcartridgespot.com orders.Guarantee.

Please contact us or fill out the form here for an RMA number before the items are returned, we may not accept or process the returned shipment if the RMA is not issued for the return items and a 15% restocking fee will be accessed. In order to for us to issue a refund, replacement or store credit you must be able to return the defective or mis-ordered item(s).

Our Generic products are only returnable within 365-days after the initial purchase. Customers will be eligible to receive a refund within first 90-days and receive replacement(s) for the period of 365- days. If any issues are encountered due firmware updates performed by manufacturers such as HP, Epson, Canon, etc. Our products will lose the warranty and not be able to be returned. This policy is strictly applied because by performing these updates it allows manufacturers to control  the used of Generic product. Please be sure to avoid any firmware updates done to the printers, if you consider purchasing any type of Generic product. Please Note: When determining the issue, any additional information requested by our RMA department needs to be provided by the customer to further assist in finding the best solution. It is the customer's responsibility to take care of properly packing and shipping the product(s) in a reasonable manner, so as to minimize the likelihood of returning the product(s) damage to receive a proper refund or replacement. Our LAB TESTING department has sole discretion to assess the condition and acceptability of returning materials.

Please be noted that refillable cartridges, continuous ink system (ciss) and other refill kits are excluded from the above warranty, instead they are returnable within 90-days after the initial purchase for replacement and refund. The warranty does not apply to any issues caused by firmware update.

Orders that are returned due to reasons not pertaining to the product or the service such as incorrectly ordered, change of mind, no longer wants the order, refused packages, printer broke etc. Will be charged a 15% restocking fee towards the refund.

We regret that any order that includes a printer bundle, ink refillable bottles, and edible products cannot be returned once purchased. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable.

We provide return labels within a period of 45 days after the initial purchase (must be requested by the customer). After 45 day period, if a customer experiences any issues, it's the customer's responsibility to return the product(s) on their own in order to receive a refund or replacement.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applied to orders where customers received free shipping: Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less $4.95 for shipping if their entire order is returned for a refund. Merchandise that is Defective: If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of your cartridges or have reason to believe they are defective, it may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Please remember shipping is non-refundable.

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 2-5 business days of our receipt of their return. If you change mind or order the wrong items, there is 15% restocking fee for refund on the returned items. And there is no restocking fee for issuing store credit. Please note that the returned items must be in sellable condition unless the items are defective.

It is the customer's responsibility to take care in properly packing and shipping product in a reasonable manner, so as to minimize the likelihood of returning the product damage to receive a proper refund or replacement. Our LAB TESTING department have sole discretion to assess the condition and acceptability of returning materials.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund, please fill out the form here or contact usfor the RMA (Return Authorization Merchandise) number before sending the items to us. Make sure to completely fill out the form linked below and write your RMA number down on the outside of the return package. A short note indicating if you would like a refund or exchange will also make the process much quicker. All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 2-5 business days of the products arriving back to us.

Note: We only accept products back for an exchange or refund 1 year after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition unless the items are defective.


PACKAGING ERRORS

If you have received an incorrect item, please call our toll-free at 877.597.3802, so we may immediately begin to correct the error.


When determining the issue, any additional information requested by our RMA department needs to be provided by the customer to further assist in finding the best solution.

If a package is returned to our facility without the proper RMA # which is given by our RMA Department, the package may run the risk of not being accepted and returned to sender. It is very important to contact our RMA Department during your return process and provide the information requested.

 

OEM Cartridges Not Accepted

Cartridges Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
